What we store

Account details (company name, email, phone), pool and customer records your team enters, service readings, notes, and photos you attach, plus a sync log of records submitted from the field app.

Cookies

One session cookie, needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.

Your choices

Export or deletion requests: support@poolproof.algd.store. Customer reports you share are readable by anyone with the link until you delete the visit.

Retention

Service records are kept while your account is active; after cancellation, 30 days, then deleted.
