Terms of service

The service

PoolProof is software for pool-service companies: a day route, a service log, and read-only customer reports. PoolProof is provided by Adam P. Gibbons, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as PoolProof, 121 Glencam Road, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom; contact support@poolproof.algd.store for anything about these terms.

Subscription

$49 per month, flat, billed monthly in advance. No setup fee. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid month.

Your data

You own the records you enter. We store them to run the service and provide the shared reports you create. Export on request to support@poolproof.algd.store.

Acceptable use

Do not use PoolProof to store data you have no right to store, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers.

Liability

The software is provided as-is. It records what your technician enters; it is not a substitute for professional pool judgement. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
